Now these houses aren’t the most attractive looking from the outside, but they are good renters and this one can be sold with the tenant.

It has come to the market with Horts with an asking price of £129,995, which considering the space on offer, I don’t think it’s over the top.
The agent says the current tenants would be happy to stay on at the property and pay rent of £650.00 pcm.  With this in mind it could net you a good investment without to much hassle and if you do your sums on these figures you could gross an annual return of 6.0%, which in this market is not to be grumbled at.
