This morning I have a property to offer you which would make a great new three bedroom additional to your portfolio. The property is available to the market with Haart Estate Agents and this is what they have to say about it:

From the pictures I would recommend spending some money on it to help incase the rental figure you could with a more modernised design. The property does not state that there is a tenant in situ, however there are limited photographs of the property and garden and I could be wrong but this may indicate that the property is in requirement of some work in order for it to be more sellable. That’s go for middle/worst case scenario and say £15,000 is needed to bring the property to more modernised condition with works to be done throughout and say you was to land the property at asking price, you would be all in for £165,000.
This property in its maximum rental condition could achieve you a rent of £800 pcm. This is a yield of 5.8%!! Not bad if you ask me!!
